This will focus on debating the experiences of international organizations and governments in different levels of governance in their effort to promote initiatives towards capacity building, infrastructure and adaptation. The presentations will show cases of local engagement and their interaction with key international organizations in order to promote change and accelerate processes towards more climate resilient and sustainable use of water.
By promoting the suggested debate, we aim to present a document to be considered at the Ministerial level, bringing to national government awareness of the relevance of the locally led projects, to stress the importance of incentives to promote such initiatives.
