Pacific Institute/CEO Water Mandate and AGWA launched the Water Resilience Assessment Framework Guidance for Water Utilities. The launch highlights double task of utilities in providing towards a basic human need in safe, clean, accessible and affordable drinking water and sanitation for all as well as building long-term resilience. The framework supports resilient decision-making and prevents shocks and stresses from escalating into crises.
